ANDREW M. SAPER has owned and managed the staff at DIVORCE PACKET PROCESSING & SERVICES since opening for business in December 1987.

Mr. Saper obtained his law degree from South Texas College Of Law and obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University Of San Diego (USD). While attending USD, Mr. Saper was elected to Who's Who Among Students In American Universities & Colleges.

For over twenty years, it is estimated that the staff at DIVORCE PACKET PROCESSING has assisted over fifteen thousand individuals, couples, and companies with a variety of legal matters.

In June 1999, Mr. Saper was the only document preparer to be invited to participate and speak at the State Bar Of Arizona Convention held at the Phoenician resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Saper has also served as a member of a court-appointed child support subcommittee task force.
